The Dunlop Echoplex EP 101 is a compact replica of the legendary Echople EP-3, which can be heard on numerous recordings of world-famous guitarists with its unmistakable sound.
The preamp pedalDunlop Echoplex EP 101 resurrects the magic of the EP-3 by using the same circuit, the same signal path and a field effect transistor (FET). The controls on the surface are similar to those of the original. With the Gain control, you can even boost your signal up to 11dB to create a scratched sound.
That the Echoplex EP 101 has now shrunk to pedal size is good news for guitarists. The preamp pedal can be operated with a 9V battery and fits perfectly into your pedal board.
